(2024) - available here“After my DSR Lines albums Analogie Van de Dageraad (Jj Funhouse) and III-II (Ultra Eczema) saw the light of day, both recorded in 2014 at EMS Studios Stockholm (with Buchla and Serge synths) and Worm Rotterdam (with the Arp 2500) respectively, i started to record a lot of music at home with my Eurorack modular, Blofeld, Dark Energy and Per4mer. Many of these sessions, recorded as multitracked live takes, were not intended as release material but a mere library of sequences and live experiments. I did envision to, one day, have a selection of these tracks bundled as a library-esque release.
This (first?) Audiotheek features tracks from 2016-2018: ‘Schijnbaar’s generative ‘rings’ and bass drones; ‘Haeckel’ and ’Stuiter’s steady shifting delay driven polyrhythms; ‘Helder’s multi facetted 4-voice melody; ‘Maendelwav’s sequenced harpsichord and ‘Curve’ with its deep slow paced bass and rich meandering overtones.
